Our primary use of messaging is to support Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) — a security process that verifies your identity during login or other sensitive account actions.

  • Authentication Codes: One-time passcodes (OTP) for account verification or login.
  • Security Notifications: Alerts for password resets, suspicious activities, or changes to your account information.
  • Service Notifications (Optional): Booking confirmations, reminders, or updates related to your account or services (only if you opt in).

3. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number and completing the registration process, you consent to receive SMS messages for authentication and essential service notifications from Click and Schedule.

You are not required to agree to optional promotional messages to use the platform.

You may withdraw your consent for optional messages at any time (see Section 6 below).

Consent for authentication and security messages is required for maintaining account access and cannot be opted out of while using 2FA.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary depending on your account activity but is typically limited to:

  • One message per login attempt (for OTP verification).
  • Occasional notifications related to account security or status changes.

We do not send spam or unsolicited promotional messages.

5. Message & Data Rates

Standard carrier message and data rates may apply.

Click and Schedule is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile service provider.

6. Opt-Out and Support

You may stop receiving optional messages (e.g., booking reminders or promotions) at any time by contacting our support team.

You cannot opt out of authentication or critical security messages while 2FA is active.

7. Data Privacy

We protect your personal information according to our Privacy Policy.

Your phone number and messaging data are never shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

All communications are managed in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
